RADE (Recovery through Art, Drama and Education) is a Recovery
Programme which engages drug users with the arts and therapeutic
supports and provides a platform for their artistic expression.
RADE can work with up to **Apply on the website** participants who
take part in art, drama, creative writing, music, film,
yoga-meditation, Tai-chi, and relapse prevention workshops.
CURRENTLY RADE HAS A VACANCY FOR A CE SUPERVISOR, REHAB AND TRAINING
CO-ORDINATOR?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATION
* Oversee updating of participant records and DSP forms as required
* Preparation of Co-ordinators report compiling relevant records and
statistics for submission to RADE?s Board
* Management of client records on RADE database and hard copy file
* Liaise with both RADE team and DSP in relation to Programme and
Monitoring meetings conducted annually
* Management of ILP documents for purposes of DSP Monitoring
Meetings
* Signatory/Sponsor role for RADE financial documents as prepared by
the Finance Administrator
* Organising of participants training for own caseload
* Update and maintenance of programme timetable
* Update of counselling schedule
FINANCIAL
* Management of training budget for programmes accredited training
REHAB AND TRAINING
* Identification of training plans for caseload
* Overseeing the training plans as organised by Rehab team
* Completion of all training related records e.g. ILP?
* Assessment of prospective participants
* Liaising with other agencies
* Update and manage the accurate completion of participant records
FIRST LINE MANAGEMENT
* Oversee and Manage the recruitment of Rehab team when required
* Provision of First Line Management and Supervision to Rehab
Support Team
* Induction of all new Support Workers providing in house training
on tasks
* Promotion of CPD amongst Rehab Team?
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
* An awareness and experience of working with client group in
addiction and community development
* An ability to lead the Rehab and Training element of the programme
* An understanding and an ability to work within professional
boundaries
* An ability to work within RADE?s policies and procedures and
provide a confidential space for participants
* An ability to work both as part of a small team and on own
initiative
* An ability to give and take direction and guidance in relation to
duties defined by the role
* Experience of group facilitation
* IT skills
* Strong letter writing and report writing skills

LUNCH
REMUNERATION:
Salary starts at point 1 on the Community Employment Supervisors
Scale. CE Supervisor will retain their salary scale if they move
directly from one scheme to another with no break.
